Ingredients

Dark chocolate chips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (or chocolate buttons)
Grapeseed oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Eggs 2 Medium
Salt 1 Pinch
Sugar 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Flour 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (3/4
Cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon
Walnuts/Pecans/ hazelnuts 50 Gram (Optional)
Oil 2 Teaspoon (For greasing)
For garnish
Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Grease 2 small size muffin pans with 12 grooves each with oil. Set aside.

3. In a bowl put chocolate buttons/chocolate chips and grape seed oil. Melt the chocolate and mix them till combined. Set aside.

MAKING

4. In a bowl add the eggs and salt. Beat them till they double in size. Slowly add sugar and continue to beat till they are well combined.

5. Slowly add the dark chocolate mix into the egg mixture and fold it in till incorporated. Add the vanilla extract and nuts (if using) and mix again till combined.

6. Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and gently fold them in till just combined (do not overmix).

7. Pour it into the greased muffin pan to full and bake for around 7- 11 minutes (top should be done but the center should be a little sticky). Remove from the oven and let it sit till completely cooled. Demold them into a plate.

SERVING

8. Sprinkle the brownie cupcakes with powdered sugar and serve them as dessert or sweet snack.

TIPS

You may add lemon, lime or orange zest to the batter.
