Watermelon Cupcakes

Nutritious and tasty, these yummy cupcakes are bound to be a hit with your kids.


White cake mix 1
Eggs 3 Medium
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Jell o
Frosting 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Green frosting & pink frosting
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Melt the butter.

2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.


3. Add the cake mix, eggs, sugar, butter , and water to a blender jar and blend it on low speed for 1 minute

4. Increase speed and mix it on HIGH for another minute.

5. Add a scoop of the batter to each cupcake liner.

6. Bake them in the oven for 25 minutes or until done.

7. Add jello to the cupcakes by pricking the top crust and filling the holes with it.


8. Cool the cupcakes in a refrigerator for 1 hour.

9. Decorate the rim of the cupcake with the green frosting which will resemble the rind.

10. Add pink frosting in the center and sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top so that they look like watermelon seeds.


11. Serve Chilled.
