GETTING READY
1. Chill the frosting overnight. Whisk it thoroughly until it turns fluffy before using it.
MAKING
2. Take the watermelon and cut four circular pieces approximately 3 inches in thickness.
3. Carve them with a cookie-cutter so that they look like cupcakes.
4. Set each of them on a cupcake liner.
5. Place a tablespoon of the frosting on top of each piece of watermelon.
6. Decorate with sprinkles.

7. Serve chilled.
