Homemade Vanilla Cupcakes With Chocolate Mascarpone Frosting

Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Unsalted butter stick 1
Whole milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Egg yolk 4
For frosting:
Confectioners' sugar 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Unsalted butter stick 1
Mascarpone cheese 8 Ounce
Salt 1 Pinch
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Cocoa powder 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Nutmeg 1 Pinch
