Meat is ground together with spices herbs, packed into an oven proof dish covered with pine nuts, tomatoes, pomegranate molasses, fried potatoes, sumac onion. Its baked and enjoyed!

Paprika | 1 Tablespoon | |
Aleppo peppers | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cumin powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
Coriander powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
Pepper | 1/2 Tablespoon | |

Tomato slices | 15 | |
Pine nuts | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Sliced potatoes | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Pomegranate molasses | 1 Tablespoon | |

Sliced onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Sumac | 1/2 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
1. In a food process pulse the parsley and remove
2. Add the onion and garlic and pulse
3. Add the meat, all the spices and salt and the parsley and process
4. Fry the potatoes on both sides
5. Grease a baking dish and add the meat mixture in a layer
6. Add the pine nuts followed by the slices of tomatoes
7. Add salt & pepper
8. Add the pomegranate molasses
9. Add the fried potatoes
10. Mix the onion and sumac together and add
11. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 mins
