Jaljeera - Coriander/Mint Refreshing Drink

Coriander, Mint, roasted Cumin, Ginger, Amchur or raw Mango powder, black Salt, and Lime juice is ground together, then strained and added over ice, and topped with Soda for a refreshing drink!


Roasted cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh mint leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh ginger 2 Tablespoon
Raw mango powder/Amchur 2 Teaspoon
Black salt/Regular salt 1 Teaspoon
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Soda 900 Milliliter (800
Lime slices 3 (For garnishing)
Mint sprigs 3 (For garnishing)
Coriander sprigs 3 (For garnishing)



1. Roast the cumin seeds and grind it.

2. In a food processor, add the coriander and mint leaves, cumin, raw mango powder, black salt, and lime juice and blend.

3. Strain.

4. Add the water to the food processor and strain as well.


5. Add the strained juice over ice and top with soda and garnish with lime slices, sprigs of mint, and coriander. Jaljeera is ready to be served!
