|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Black salt||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Mint leaves||To Taste|
1. Peel off the skin of the mangoes and chop them roughly. Add the chopped mangoes to the pressure cooker with 1 cup of water. Cook till one whistle is blown.
2. Heat a pan and add cumin seeds to it. Roast the cumin seeds for 2 minutes and crush them roughly.
3. Once the pressure cooker cools down open the lid and transfer the entire contents to a mixer/grinder. Add ice cubes, ½ tsp. crushed cumin seeds, sugar, black salt, mint leaves and water to it and grind it well.
4. Refreshingly delicious Raw Mango Jaljeera is ready to be served! Serve it in a glass and garnish with crushed cumin and mint leaves.
