Lassi is the most popular, refreshing and chilled yogurt drink all across India, mostly in Punjab. It is an healthy, rich and creamy Indian beverage made using yogurt and water/milk.
Lassi is traditionally served in long glasses!
Yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Ice | To Taste | |
Water | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (use as required) | |
Cardamom powder | 1 Pinch |
MAKING:
1. In a blender add 1 cup yogurt, 2-3 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt, some ice and water.
SERVING:
2. Blend nicely and pour into a glass. Garnish with some cardamom powder.
