Ive seen many birria videos out there on YoutTube but I have never tried it myself. So I take Chef Johns recipe from Foodwishes and put a BBQ twist then add to some Tapatio Ramen noodles.
|Beef short ribs||8 Ounce|
|Beef chuck||2 1/2 Pound|
|Kosher salt||4 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried mexican oregano||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Peppers||7 (dried guajillo chilies)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm)|
|Fresh ginger||1 Inch|
|Tomatoes||3 Large (cored and chopped)|
