Mutton recipes are delight to have, the unique taste with flavorful spices are mouth-watering. Mutton Hara Keema and Kosha Mangsho are two different style of Mutton recipes yet have remarkable taste of their own. Do try them both at home tell us which is your favourite!


To make hara mutton keema:
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Ghee 2 Tablespoon
Onion 3
Bay leaves 3
Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
Star anise 2
Black cardamom 1
Black peppercorns 10
Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Mutton mince 1 Kilogram
Coriander seeds powder 1 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds powder 1 Teaspoon
Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Coriander leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Green chillies 10
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Dried red chillies 3
Mint leaves 2 Tablespoon (chopped)
To make kosha mangsho:
Onion 1
Garlic 15 Clove (75 gm)
Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seed powder 1 Tablespoon
Coriander seed powder 1 Tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
Water 2 Liter (use as required)
Marinated mutton 1 Kilogram
Mustard oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Bay leaves 3
Cinnamon stick 2 Inch
Whole black cardamom 1
Dry red chillies 4
Green cardamoms 10
Onions 5
Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Green chillies 5
