Beef short ribs are marinated with salt, ginger and garlic paste, mustard oil, spices, green chilli and simply cooked on a nice hot BBQ!
|Beef short ribs||1 1/2 Kilogram (Flanken Ribs)|
|Ginger garlic paste||4 Teaspoon|
|Mustard oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Crushed pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Garam masala||2 Teaspoon|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced green chilies||2 Tablespoon|
1. Add all the ingredients to the ribs, coating it the marinade.
2. Leave this to marinate as long as you can, preferably overnight.
3. Cook on a hot grill for a few minutes on one side and then flip over to cook on the other.
4. If serving as an appetizer, trim the ribs so they are about 2 inches in length to make them easy to hold.
