Bangers and Mash is British comfort food at its best. It is delicious. I substituted the mash potato with cauliflower mash to make this a low carb keto dish. If you are following strict keto, you can leave out the wine completely.

Onion | 1 Large | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) | |
Dried thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
Dried rosemary | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Red wine | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Beef broth | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Chopped parsley | To Taste |
MAKING:
1. Grill the sausages for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
2. Add one tablespoon of oil to the saucepan; scraping up any of the drippings from the sausages. Add the onions and allow to caramelize for about 8-10 minutes. 3. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more. Season with thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add the red wine and allow to reduce.
4. Add the broth and butter. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
SERVING:
5. Remove from the heat and serve with cauliflower mash.
