Maru Bhajias With Chutney - Crispy Kenyan Potato Thins Air Fryer Video Recipe

Maru Bhajias are an extremely popular snack in East Africa, especially in Kenya. Bhajias can generally be made with a wide range of vegetables including onions, fenugreek leaves, aubergines etc and serve with special chutney.


For chutney:
Tomato 2
Carrot 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cucumber 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cilantro 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Jaggery 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
For potatoes:
Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for frying)
Potatoes 2 Large
Chickpea flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Lemon 1/2 Large , juiced
Green chilli 2
Ginger 1 1/2 Inch
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder To Taste
Cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Fenugreek leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
