Here is the reference to turn your everyday plain Bhakri into little healthier! Try this Badam Bhakri and you will absolutely love it.


For bhakri:
Wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Almond flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Ground cumin carom 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder To Taste
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use as required)
Oil 2 Tablespoon (use as required)
For masala chai:
Black tea 1 Tablespoon
Lemongrass stem 1
Holy basil 10
Mint 6
Chai masala 1 Teaspoon
Ginger 1 Inch
Water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Sugar To Taste (optional)
Milk 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
