Try this easy giant pancake recipe to boost your immune power. The best thing is that this recipe can be easily customized to vegan and gluten free diet as well. Zucchini can be added to this recipe as well to get soft texture.
I am inspired to make this recipe from my very traditional Gujarati Bhakhro recipe. Bhakhro aka Handvo but typically Bhakhro name is used when the recipe is prepared in pan rather than baking in cooker.


Besan 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Sooji 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Sugar 1 Teaspoon ((optional))
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder To Taste
Coriander cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Carrom seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Green peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pigeon peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Palak 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fenugreek leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Spring onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic chives 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pudina 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green chilly To Taste
Ginger 1 Inch
Curry leaves To Taste
Plain yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((optional))
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((use as required))
Oil 2 Tablespoon
