Diwali Snacks Chorafali Chakri Puri Video Recipe

For chorafali:
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Baking soda 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon (or to taste)
Oil 2 Tablespoon (plus extra for greasing)
Chickpea flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Black gram flour 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (plus extra for dusting)
Tumeric powder 1/8 Teaspoon
Spice mixture 1/2 Teaspoon (mix of chat masala and red chilli powder)
For chakri:
Rice flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chickpea flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Red chilli powder To Taste
Carom seeds 1 Teaspoon
Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying and also for greasing)
For methi masala puri:
Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (plus extra for dusting)
Rava 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Haldi powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon (optional)
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Chopped fenugreek leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green chilli paste 1 Teaspoon
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
