Green chutney 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Date tamarind chutney 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sev 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped tomato 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For dhokla manchurian:
Dhokla 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Diced vegetables 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Ginger paste 1/4 Teaspoon
Chilli garlic paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
Chopped spring onion 1 Tablespoon
For dhokla tikka masala:
Dhokla 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Tomato puree 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chilli paste To Taste
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Chat masala 1 Pinch
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Teaspoon (For greasing)
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon
