Refined flour 3 Tablespoon
Corn flour 3 Tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Curry leaves 12
Coriander leaves To Taste
Food color 1/2 Teaspoon
Baby potatoes 12
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (use as required)
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)



1. In a bowl, add refined flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, tandoor colour, water, mix well and turn into a batter.

2. Add the baby potatoes into the mixture, mix and see t it all the potatoes are coated well.

3. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the potatoes in it.


4. Serve and Enjoy
