Moong dal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Oats flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
Coriander leaves | 2 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY:
1.Soak mung dal in water for 5 hours.
2.Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius.
MAKING:
3.Boil mung dal in pressure cooker and keep it ready.
4.In a pan, heat oil, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, curry leaves, garam masala, ginger and chilli paste, salt and fry them.
5.In a bowl of moong dal, add the masala, oats flour, coriander, salt, mix them well and mash your moong dal while mixing.
6.Take a portion of the mixture and form tikki's.
7.Place the tikki's on the tray and bake it at 200 degree Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
