On this video, I try my hand at dry-aging steak with a 45-day dry aged choice rib roast.


Rib roast 6 Pound
For steak seasoning:
Kosher salt 3 Tablespoon
Freshly cracked black pepper 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Crushed red pepper 1 Teaspoon
Fennel seeds 1 Tablespoon
Dried minced onion 1 Tablespoon
Dried minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
