For rice grits:
Brown basmati rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chicken stock 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Kosher salt To Taste
Freshly cracked black pepper To Taste
For the garlic butter:
Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lemons 2 (zest only)
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm) , finely grated
For worcestershire sauce stock:
Chicken stock 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lemon 1 , slice
White onion 1/2 , slice
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , crush
Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
For shrimps:
Shrimps 22 (peeled and deveined)
Salt To Taste
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
