Papad | 4 Medium | |
Oil | 5 Tablespoon | |
Cumin | 1 Teaspoon | |
Ginger garlic paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Coriander powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Red chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Green chilli | 1 , chop | |
Chopped ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
Curd | 2 Cup (32 tbs) , whipped | |
Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Salt | To Taste |
MAKING:
1.Take a pan, heat the oil and sauté the cumin seeds. Add ginger-garlic paste and stir till light brown.
2.To this add turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chopped green chilli and ginger. Cook till the oil separates from the masala.
3.Pour the curd in the masala and stir. Add water and bring the gravy to a boil, let it thicken.
4.Break the papad into small pieces and put them in the gravy. Add salt and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
SERVING:
5.Garnish and serve hot/you can enjoy the sabzi with hot rotis.
