Self rising flour 2 1/4 Cup (36 tbs)
Caster sugar 1 Tablespoon (plus extra for greasing the baking dish and for coating the scrolls before baking)
Cold butter 100 Gram , chop
Milk 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Egg 1
Finely chopped walnuts 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Silvered almonds 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Golden syrup 2 Tablespoon
Flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (For dusting)
