|Cashew nuts||2 Tablespoon|
|For yellow aloo bhaji:|
|Onion||1 , chop|
|Tomato||2 , chop|
|Garam masala powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Red chilli powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Cumin||1/2 Teaspoon (jeera)|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon (for garnish)|
Makes 28 balls.
1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix very well with your hands.
2. Divide the mixture into 28 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
3. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, deep-fry a few balls at a time till they turn golden-brown in colour from all the sides and drain on an absorbent paper.
4.Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
