Jasmine rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , mince
Scallions 3 , chop
Choy sum 1/2 Pound
Thai basil leaves 6
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for cooking the rice)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon
Rice vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
