Today we're making kinilaw! It's basically a Filipino ceviche. This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and paleo-friendly.

Ingredients

Sashimi grade red tune 1/2
Shrimps 4 , peeled (sliced)
Cane vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Shallot 1 (cut into rings)
Ginger piece 1/2 Inch , grated
Bird eye chili 2 , finely chopped
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Ground black pepper To Taste
