Today we're making dan dan noodles! This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, paleo-friendly and can be prepared vegan.

Ingredients

Pork 6 Ounce
Soy sauce 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Sesame oil 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Chilli paste 3 Tablespoon
Peanut butter 3 1/2 Tablespoon
Szechuan seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Sake/Rice wine 2 Tablespoon
Chicken stock/Veggie stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped scallions 1 Tablespoon
Chili oil 1/4 Teaspoon
Red pepper flakes 1 Pinch
Peanuts 1 1/2 Tablespoon , chop
Cucumber 2 , thinly sliced
Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For vegan version:
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Sesame 1 Tablespoon
Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Peanut butter/Tahini paste 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Chilli paste 2 Tablespoon
Szechuan seasoning 2 Teaspoon
Vegetable stock 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey 1 Tablespoon
