Perfect Light Lunch.


Cabbage 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Salad onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Bean shoots 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cilantro 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lemon 1 (zest and juice)
Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Rice wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
For the tadka:
Pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Salmon 2 (skin on)
Grapeseed oil 2 Teaspoon (use as required)
