Egg Benjo - How To Make Egg Benjo - Easy And Quick Healthy Recipe

Eggs 4
Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Green chillies 3 , finely chopped
Chopped fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon
Buns 2
Butter 1 Teaspoon (For deep frying)
Salt To Taste



1.Take 4 eggs in a bowl and add onion, tomato, green chilies, fresh coriander & salt-to taste.

2.Heat a pan, brush some butter on it & make usual egg omelet.

3.Toast the bun on the pan with butter, place the prepared omelet on the bun.


4.Serve hot with Chutney, Sauce & Onion.
