|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm) , finely chopped|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon , divided (1 1/2 tsp is for roasting the tomatoes and 1 1/2 tsp is for making the sauce)|

|Italian seasoning||To Taste|
|Vegetable stock/Chicken stock||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Basil leaves||4 , chop|
