Today we're making champorado! Perfect for those cold days.

Ingredients

Sticky rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 5 Cup (80 tbs) , boil
Turbinado sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Thai chillies 8 , finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Semisweet chocolate 3 Ounce , chop
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for serving)
Chopped bacon 4 Teaspoon (for garnish)
Condensed milk 2 Teaspoon (for garnish)
