Cauliflower Mash - Rule Of Yum Recipe

Today we're making cauliflower mash! Delicious and nutritious low-carb replacement to mashed potatoes. This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and paleo-friendly.

Ingredients

Cauliflower head 1 , chop (stem removed)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , smashed
Almond milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

1.Steam the cauliflower and the garlic 15-20 mins or until the cauliflower is fork tender.

2.Place in the food processor and pulse until creamy, slowly adding in the almond milk.

3.Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
