Today we're making cauliflower mash! Delicious and nutritious low-carb replacement to mashed potatoes. This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and paleo-friendly.
|Cauliflower head||1 , chop (stem removed)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm) , smashed|
|Almond milk||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
1.Steam the cauliflower and the garlic 15-20 mins or until the cauliflower is fork tender.
2.Place in the food processor and pulse until creamy, slowly adding in the almond milk.
3.Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
4.Serve and enjoy!
