We are cooking today the most amazing lamb meal.


Lamb roast 400 Gram (mini roast, trimmed of fat)
Rosemary sprigs 5
Thyme sprigs 5
Whole garlic head 1 (cloves separated, bruised)
Ground white pepper 1 Teaspoon
Butternut pumpkin 500 Gram , deseeded (peeled, roughly chopped)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Mixed spice 1/2 Teaspoon
Snake beans 400 Gram , trimmed (cut into 10cm pieces, cooked)
Yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (minted, optional)
Salt To Taste , divided (for seasoning the lamb as well as pumpkin)
