Don't worry about that leftover Chole at home now. Instead, convert it into this yummylicious burger you will crave for, every time you see chole again.

1.Take the chole out of the gravy and mash it with bread crumb and salt and give it a patty shape. Then coat it with the bread crumbs and fry it on a pan both the sides till golden brown.
2.Take a new pan and heat the left over kulcha with some oil or butter.
3.Assemble: First kulcha and then apply a good layer of mayonnaise then put the lettuce on top of the kulcha then patty, tomato, onion, lettuce then more mayo on top and cover it with the other kulcha giving it a Burger shape.
4.Serve and enjoy!
