|Kabuli chana||1 Cup (16 tbs) , soaked (Chole / Chickpeas)|
|Corn flour||3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (or 1 cup)|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs) (for boiling the kabuli chole & to coat)|
|Oil||3 Cup (48 tbs) (1 tbsp is for making the sauce and rest is for deep frying the kabuli chana)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm) , finely chopped|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Finely chopped capsicum||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sriracha sauce||3 Tablespoon (Chili Sauce)|
|Soya sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Finely chopped spring onion greens||1 Teaspoon|
