In this video, we will make a weight loss recipe, which has the goodness of Soaked Oats and Chana. Slow Digesting Complex Carbs of the Oats, and Protein from the Chana along with Good Fats from Coconut Oil makes this a super healthy breakfast recipe for weight loss which is called Oats Chana Chilla or Pancake.

Ingredients

Oats 1 Cup (16 tbs) , soaked
Chana 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , soaked
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Green chilli 1 Large , finely chopped
Tomato 1 , finely chopped
Coconut oil 4 Teaspoon
Onion 1 Large , finely chopped
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for making the paste)
