Peanuts 3 Tablespoon , roast
Dried red chilli 3
Red chilli sauce/Sriracha 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Onion 1 , cubed
Capsicum 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (colorful)
Spring onion greens 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (or handful, to serve)
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon (light)
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 12 Tablespoon , divided (in total)
Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
