Indian Chinese cuisine has brought about many innovative, unique, mouth watering and delicious foods which most of us love. Foods flavored with schezwan sauce are one of the well know from this cuisine. I absolutely love mushrooms when cooked and seasoned right, and schezwan mushrooms are my favorite and my son Dhruv also enjoy them.
