Im so pumped to be teaming up with Sister Schuberts yeast rolls in this video! I love when I get to share my hands-down favorite brands with you guys! Since Spring is here, in this video Ill be sharing one of my favorite Spring family traditions, which is our Saturday Spring brunch picnic! I live for these lazy days of eating brunch in pajamas! Sometimes its the simplest things that make the best traditions!

Im going to show you how to make one of our favorite breakfast casseroles with the perfect pairing of Sister Schuberts Parker House-Style yeast rolls! If youve never tried Sister Schuberts yeast rolls, get them, like now!


Breakfast sausage 1 Pound (ground mild)
Diced onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
Eggs 8
Whole milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sour cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chives 1 Teaspoon
Mild cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) , shredded (divided)
Salt and pepper To Taste
Frozen tater tots 28 Ounce
Red bell peppers 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Green bell peppers 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Bacon 8 Ounce (prepared and chopped)
