Just Baked - Gooey Tadka Noodle Cake

Ever ate a noodle cake? No right, so heres something youve never done before!
Turn your yummy noodles into a gooey cheesy cake with the tadka of spices.


Fine noodles 1 Packet
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Onion 1 , julienned
Carrot 1 , julienned
Capsicum 1 , julienned
Beans 8 , julienned
Tumeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 2 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Curry leaves 8
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Fresh cream 200 Milliliter
Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (half Mozarella and half Processed cheese)



1.Preheat your oven at 200 degrees.


2.Heat a pan and heat some oil then put mustard seeds and curry leaves and once it starts spluttering add in the vegetables and saute for 2 to 3 minutes with salt and pepper, then add the turmeric powder, red chilly powder and give it a good mix.

3.Then add the boiled noodles and give it a mix. Add the fresh cream and mix it well for a minute and then turn off the flame and keep it aside.

4.Take a bottom lose pan and brush it with oil. Pour the noodle mixture in that and top it up with more fresh grated cheese.

5.Then bake it in a pre-heated oven for 5- 6 mins on 200 degrees till the cheese melts.


6.Garnish it with some fresh spring onions and serve.
