Ever ate a noodle cake? No right, so heres something youve never done before!
Turn your yummy noodles into a gooey cheesy cake with the tadka of spices.
|Fine noodles||1 Packet|
|Onion||1 , julienned|
|Carrot||1 , julienned|
|Capsicum||1 , julienned|
|Beans||8 , julienned|
|Tumeric powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Red chilli powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh cream||200 Milliliter|
|Grated cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (half Mozarella and half Processed cheese)|
1.Preheat your oven at 200 degrees.
2.Heat a pan and heat some oil then put mustard seeds and curry leaves and once it starts spluttering add in the vegetables and saute for 2 to 3 minutes with salt and pepper, then add the turmeric powder, red chilly powder and give it a good mix.
3.Then add the boiled noodles and give it a mix. Add the fresh cream and mix it well for a minute and then turn off the flame and keep it aside.
4.Take a bottom lose pan and brush it with oil. Pour the noodle mixture in that and top it up with more fresh grated cheese.
5.Then bake it in a pre-heated oven for 5- 6 mins on 200 degrees till the cheese melts.
6.Garnish it with some fresh spring onions and serve.
