In this video, we are making Anda Bhurji in Street Style, without using any eggs. Yes, that's right! Scrambled Eggs without Eggs, perfect for vegans vegetarian. No compromise on the taste!

Ingredients

Gram flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Besan)
Plain flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Maida)
Salt To Taste , divided (for mixing it with flour and for making the bhurji)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Green chilli 2 , finely chopped
Ginger 1 Inch , mince
Onion 2 , finely chopped
Tumeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Chopped coriander 6 Tablespoon , divided (3 tbsp for the bhurji and 3 tbsp for garnish)
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/4 Teaspoon (change as per your preference)
Tomato 1 (roughly chopped)
