|Coconut oil||3 Tablespoon ((use as required))|
|Fennel seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry leaves||To Taste|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 1/2 Tablespoon|
|Red chilli powder||1 1/2 Teaspoon|
|Coriander powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Coconut milk||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((use as required))|
|Tamarind water||To Taste|
1. In a pan heat some oil then add cinnamon, fennel seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder.
2. After that add the chicken and mix it properly with spices. 3. Then add the coconut milk and let it cook for 5 - 8 minutes. 4. Add some water to it and tamarind.
5. Chicken Chettinad is ready to be served!
