Best darn steak I've ever eaten, and I have eaten plenty of them! This ranks up there with the very best dry aged beef I've ever had, and it's not even dry aged! Super juicy, very tender, and has more beef flavor than any ribeye I've ever eaten! There is no doubt as to why butchers tried to keep this "Hanger Steak" a secret! The secret is out, and I highly recommend you trying this steak! You won't regret it!
