|For banana bread:|
|All purpose flour||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla essence||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fruits/Whole fruit cranberry sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|For creamy sticky dates:|
|Fresh cream||200 Milliliter|
FOR THE BANANA BREAD:
1.In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas with butter. Add milk, vanilla essence and mix.
2.Fold in sugar, baking soda, salt, and mix.
3.Lastly, add flour and mix it well
4.Microwave in the same bowl on a high watt for 5 minutes checking in between or monitoring the microwave till its done and keep it aside.
FOR THE CREAMY STICKY DATES:
1.Take a mixy jar and make a fine paste of dates with a little splash of hot water.
2.Take a hot pan and put the fresh cream and once its boiled, pour in the dates paste and make a smooth creamy sticky sauce.
3.Then once the sauce is cooled down. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more and then take it in a piping bag for piping on the bread.
4.Take the banana bread bowl and start piping. Once its covered with the cream garnish it with chopped fruits, musseli.
5.Serve and enjoy!
