In this video, we will make stuffed macaroni, which is a healthier version of Indian Style Macaroni Pasta. This veggie filled mac is perfect for a kids lunch box!

Ingredients

Chopped vegetables 2 Cup (32 tbs) (cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, beans, paneer, green chili)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste , divided (for making the pasta and for boiling the macaroni)
Water 6 Cup (96 tbs) (for boiling macaroni)
Macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For sauce:
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Green chilli 1 , finely chopped
Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Tomatoes 4 , pureed
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
