The rich creamy layer with fruits, is not only something youd love to indulge into but also simple, quick yummy in its own way too.

|Strawberry puree||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Kiwi fruit pulp||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , pureed|
|Pinapple||1/2 , pureed (about 1/2 cup puree and rest dice it for garnish)|
|Fresh cream||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole milk||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn flakes||3 Tablespoon|
|Sliced almonds||1 1/2 Tablespoon|
|Strawberries||6 , slice (for garnish)|
1.To make the puree, take half cup fruits and blend in a jar.
2.Then take a bottomed pan and add milk, fresh cream, and sugar and give it a boil for 15 minutes on medium flame till it becomes half.
3.Then add diluted cornflour and a pinch of salt and switch of the heat.
4.Then take 3 bowls and divide the cooked cream in each bowl. Then add the strawberry, kiwi and pineapple puree in each bowl and mix it.
5.Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
6.Then assemble in a bowl. First strawberry ice cream, second pineapple and lastly, Kiwi.
7.Garnish it with cut chopped fruits, cornflakes and sliced almonds.
8.Serve and enjoy!
