Breakfast Bowl - Breakfast Sundae

The rich creamy layer with fruits, is not only something youd love to indulge into but also simple, quick yummy in its own way too.

Strawberry puree 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Kiwi fruit pulp 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , pureed
Pinapple 1/2 , pureed (about 1/2 cup puree and rest dice it for garnish)
Fresh cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Whole milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
Granulated sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1 Pinch
Corn flakes 3 Tablespoon
Sliced almonds 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Strawberries 6 , slice (for garnish)



1.To make the puree, take half cup fruits and blend in a jar.

2.Then take a bottomed pan and add milk, fresh cream, and sugar and give it a boil for 15 minutes on medium flame till it becomes half.

3.Then add diluted cornflour and a pinch of salt and switch of the heat.

4.Then take 3 bowls and divide the cooked cream in each bowl. Then add the strawberry, kiwi and pineapple puree in each bowl and mix it.

5.Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

6.Then assemble in a bowl. First strawberry ice cream, second pineapple and lastly, Kiwi.

7.Garnish it with cut chopped fruits, cornflakes and sliced almonds.


8.Serve and enjoy!
