Surti Sev Khamni a popular savory street food from Surat in Gujarat where I grew up. Sev Khamni is traditionally made from Khaman and also known as Amiri Khaman. Seasoning adds classic tastes in Sev Khamni. This recipe is versatile for lunchbox, morning breakfast or as a side dish.
