Capsicum | 2 Tablespoon , julienned (optional) | |
Red chilli sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Ketchup | 1 Tablespoon | |
Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Spring onion greens | 2 Tablespoon (or handful plus extra for garnish) | |
Water | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (plus 2 tbsp to mix cornflour) | |
