Cabbage Manchurian - Restaurant Style Veg Manchuria - Indo Chinese

In this video, we will make Veg Manchurian which is a very famous Indo-Chinese Appetizer Recipe made in numerous styles. Today's version of this Manchuria is Dry in Restaurant Style, and it's a Cabbage Manchurian.


For cabbage balls:
Grated cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((Patta gobi))
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Cornflour 4 Tablespoon
Maida 4 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((For deep frying plus 2 tbsp))
For the sauce:
Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
Green chilli 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Tablespoon
Capsicum 2 Tablespoon , julienned (optional)
Red chilli sauce 2 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Spring onion greens 2 Tablespoon (or handful plus extra for garnish)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (plus 2 tbsp to mix cornflour)
Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
