|Tumeric powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Spinach puree||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salt||To Taste , divided (for kadi batter and for seasoning the kadi)|
|Methi dana||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Dry red chillies||2|
|Roasted jeera||1/4 Teaspoon|
