Sous Vide Roast Beef - Best Recipe - Tri Tip

Making steak, beef, tri tip, with a sous vide is very easy and makes a super tender, moist beef roast. I use Tri Tip Roast in this recipe, easy and inexpensive! But any Roast of Beef is the same recipe. Tenderness is the key and perfectly cooked medium rare temperatures are on this video on the end recipe cards, as well as all other temperatures, from rare, medium, to well done.

Ingredients

Roast beef 1 Kilogram
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Seasoning blend 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Warm water 5 Liter
Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
